This contemporary designed retail and office complex is located in one of the fastest growing precincts in New Zealand. Located a short distance from Orewa Beach and the suburban sprawl of Millwater, and with local amenity including Northern Arena, Farmers Mall and The Warehouse Silverdale.
Urban planners called for a design where the carparking became secondary to the buildings purpose. We centralised this behind the building providing a retail component that has a strong street connection. The offices on the second and Third floors provide passive surveillance of the footpaths below.
